No problem.
On this site, comments are moderated in a way such that the first comment you leave, has to be approved by a moderator. After that future comments will post without moderator approval. There are also spam filters that work with the comments to block spam, plus there is the ability to block comments based on trigger words that I keep in a comment blacklist. On some sites where I want commenting to be easier, I let people post comments right away, and on others I can tighten the controls more.
