Feedburner is my hands down favorite Subscription or Feed service provider. You can put as many blogs in your free Feedburner account as you like. Their tools help you track how many subscribers you have and how many are visiting your site from day to day.

Feedburner is free and is owned by Google (purchased during the fall of 2007).
