Artisteer was one of our early favorites to help non-developers (people that do not code from scratch) learn how to build their own WordPress themes (also blogger templates, drupal, joomla themes and more).

We still do although our own agency uses other tools these days. We went in a different direction.
The Artisteer team did not slow down and in 2015, they kicked off a new project called Themler moving in great new directions of their own.
